Marijan Galjar, is the head of the Information Technology Support Centre. In the pandemic years, more attention was paid to users and individual computers for Faculty needs, so the upgrade included all Faculty computers in addition to the operating system for the needs of administrative staff. At this time, the CIP paid special attention to reorganizing education and operations to best protect the health of students and staff. During the pandemic, the CIP service contributed with increased efforts and workloads to ensure that classes and business operations could be conducted remotely. To this end, resources provided by the Ministry of Science and Education were used, especially through the application of Microsoft technologies.

The improvement of network performance is continuing through the deployment of new and more modern active and passive network equipment. The wireless network infrastructure is also developing by expanding the number of access points, which is more robust than the existing network by the quality of the connection and the bandwidth (Eduroam). The Headquarters of the Faculty are equipped for the needs of international conferences and meetings with remote multimedia equipment. CIP staff participates on projects, providing multimedia support. During 2017-2021, a landline telephone service was established for all users in collaboration with SRCE. In 2020, the server room was completed as the central location of the RGNf ICT (information communication technology) infrastructure. The intensity of threat and vulnerability testing is currently being applied to the entire RGNf information system, and a higher level of information security is being applied accordingly.
