We would like to inform about a call for a RIS Task partner in the project TrainESEE v.2 Training trainers in East and Souteastern Europe.

TrainESEE v.2 is a capacity building project focused at six Universities of the East and South Eastern Europe. Within the project four training modules are going to be developed, implemented and prepared as acceleration programmes: Teaching methodology; Project preparation and management; Innovation and entrepreneurial and Science to Business module. Each of the six participating RIS Universities will collaborate in preparation of the acceleration programmes during the project. Acceleration programmes are planned to last continuously for minimum of 3 years after the implementation, increasing the percentage of trained academic staff to >50% at each of the “Training” universities. Non-KIC member organisations in RIS countries can be involved as Third Parties (so called „RIS Task partners“) in RIS projects. RIS Task partners in TrainESEE v.2 may be any University with academics and/or research in the field of raw materials from Bulgaria and Ukraine with teaching activity in a field of at least one below:


1. Exploration and raw materials resource assessment
2. Mining in challenging environments
3. Increased resource efficiency in mineral and metallurgical processes
4. Recycling and material chain optimisation for End-of-Life products
5. Substitution of critical and toxic materials in products and for optimised performance
6. Design of products and services for the circular economy
